Carcassonne is a popular city destination for tourists from all over Europe, and is easy to get to from most European cities. There is much to see and do in the city as well as the surrounding area. If you are looking for a city break, in a place with lots of history, wonderful bars and restaurants and a good night-life, Carcassonne is a must visit.

Or, you can experience the more sedate and picturesque surrounding landscape, the Canal du Midi, the acres and acres of vineyards, and the breath taking snow capped mountains.

My bed and breakfast is perfect for both city breaks and a base for day-trips into the countryside. A beautifully restored 17th century townhouse, I offer accommodation that has original character and historical charm. Batiments de France, the official body that oversees French architectural heritage has described my house as a ‘true gem’.

I have been welcoming guests to this beautiful area of France for eight years. From as little as 75 Euros per night, I offer weekend breaks and mid-week stays for special occasions or a relaxing break.

Ideal for a group of friends or family I have two spacious bedrooms within the private suite at No.11.

Within the suite a sitting room has the added benefit of giving you somewhere to sit and relax. Equipped with tea/coffee making facilites and lots of information on what to do, see and where to eat. A trunk of Lego with assorted childrens books means the younger members of the family are kept happy. No.11 is child friendly !
